Allen “Doc” McCray, the founder and President of Life Impact LLC has conducted seminars, trainings and workshops all over the world and throughout the United States. His business, educational and pastoral background gives him a unique insight into the personal and professional needs of leaders for growth and development.
Life Impact was founded to provide training in personal and professional growth for individuals, church leaders and staff members. Life Impact focuses on developing leaders to become the best leaders of themselves so they can lead others effectively and powerfully. Life Impact believes that every person has the potential within them to live out the fullness of their purpose and destiny – to become the best version of themselves!
Felicia Leija
Felicia believes that the small voice telling us “there is more”, is adventure inside calling out to all of us. That there is unknown territory, new levels and new growth to be lived in every area of life. And that we CAN live it!
She is a certified Transformational Coach and Trainer with Life Impact LLC, a certified Health Coach, a certified raw chef, an obsessed salsa dancer and lover of LIFE!
She's committed to teaching Life Impact in Haiti, Puerto Rico and other countries & economic groups unable to normally have access to our incredible trainings and resources.
Her motto is to live life ALL IN!
Lourdes Siercke
Lourdes is a Life Impact Affiliate who inspires others to find their unique purpose. She enjoys seeing people empowered and living an adventurous life.
She has mentored many teenagers, as well as young woman throughout the years. She has life-coached people of all ages through their process of restoration, reconciliation, and transformation.
As a child she moved schools every year and had traumatic experiences that left her feeling ashamed and alone. She suffered with low self-esteem even as an adult, which lead to her having many failed relationships and friendships. Through the Life Impact process she met people that guided & mentored her into her unique purpose. Lourdes fell in love with helping others get out of the same rut she was in. She believes every person is unique with a wonderful purpose.

We have people all the time asking to be a part of the tribe (yes, everyone is that awesome) without going through the transformational coach certification... the answer is nope! ;)
